1. Chat with a Coast lifestyle manager.
Give our friendly concierges a call to discuss what’s going on in your life and together we can come up with a list of the things that you need help with. Feeling totally overwhelmed and not sure where to start? Never fear your Coast concierge is easy to talk to and fantastic at finding those areas that need a little (or a LOT) of help.
2. Choose your pricing package.
Don’t worry. They’re all good!
At Coast we have a pricing plan to suit every budget.
All purchased hours will stay in credit for up to 12 months and we provide you with regular statements so you always know exactly how much time you have left. We will also keep you regularly updated on how long things are taking so there won’t be any surprises when your statement arrives.

3. Book in your tasks!
Once you have decided on what needs to be done, all you have to do is book it in.
Call, email or sms to schedule a task at a time that suits you.
4. Relax, take a breath and leave it all to us.
Your Coast lifestyle manager will take care of all items on your to-do list (such as walk the dog, make the beds, fold the laundry, book your travel, buy a birthday present, organise a dinner party and the list goes on), giving you the freedom to spend that time doing the things you love! No matter how big or small the task, with Coast you can be safe in the knowledge that we have everything covered.
Don’t worry, we’ll keep you regularly updated and you can also check in at anytime! If anything changes, you just have to let us know and we’ll adjust accordingly.
